The Swiss invented Fondue, and Jan is a Gourmet Swiss Chef and the owner of Discovery Beach Restaurant. A unique and original Swiss Fondue dining experience is guaranteed! Voted the best Swiss Fondue in Brevard County Florida – 2004, a three course Fondue Dinner is offered to our customers consisting of a Cheese Fondue course, a Meat and Vegetable course, cooked in either Soy Oil or Broth, and a Dessert Fondue course (optional) consisting of melted chocolates, Cheese Cake, and various Fruits.

Come prepared to stay for a while and enjoy a pleasant and romantic Fondue evening!!

“ORIGINAL” SWISS CHEESE FONDUE

An old Swiss Fondue recipe with Emmenthaler and Gruyere cheese, white wine, garlic, kirsch and some Secret spices.

REAL “FANCY” CHEESE FONDUE

A very good combination of a mild cheese mixture melted With tomato cubes, fresh basil, Cajun seasoning and Apple juice.

 

CLASSIC FONDUE “BOURGUINION”

A classic combination fondue cooked in oil with beer batter and served with an assortment of sauces for dipping.

FONDUE “CHINOISE”

A combination fondue served wiwth our homeade beef and vegetable boullon and a variety of fabulous sauces.

*THE BOURGUINION AND CHINOISE FONDUES ARE SERVED WITH:

Filet mignon, sirloin, chicken breat, fresh salmon, shirmp, mushroom caps and a selection of seasonal vegetables.
