Jan Weigle, Master Chef and owner of Discovery Beach Restaurant, a native Swiss, earned his Culinary Art Masters Degree in Switzerland. Shortly after that, he moved to Thailand and served the Thai Royal Family. While living in Thailand, travel adventures brought Jan and his wife, Iris to Florida. It was then that they found Discovery Beach Restaurant and immediately fell in love with it.
